About Event

Bauddhika, the Annual Inter-College Management Festival of Shanti Business School, has been the epitome of management excellence since 2013. The word “Bauddhika” refers to the acknowledgement of sheer endeavor of the whole mankind. It is derived from the Hindi word “Buddhi” meaning intelligence.
Every year the stage is set for students participating from various universities and colleges to showcase practical ideas and solutions in competitive events. The campus is filled with vigor and competitiveness. This year, there are 20 events in the fest. The variety of events range from fashion show to management competitions; from street plays to games. Events that serve the purpose of talent and fun are best served in Bauddhika.
Bauddhika aims to bring the aspiring corporate citizens and current industry leaders under one roof. Tryst of these two different leagues will bring the best out of them through never before management events and corporate lecture series, as the former will be help to put in practical use all the theoretical learning putting everything into perspective by connecting the dots while the latter will thrive by having wisdom nuggets from the who’s who of the corporate.
